General Foreman – Civil & Fit-Out Works

Job Description We are looking for an experienced General Foreman – Civil & Fit-Out Works to join our construction team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in supervising civil construction and interior fit-out activities, coordinating site teams, and ensuring that all works are completed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily civil and fit-out activities on site. Manage manpower, subcontractors, and work teams to ensure efficient execution of activities. Monitor civil works, including blockwork, plastering, screeding, concrete repairs, and other related activities. Supervise fit-out works, including gypsum partitions, ceilings, flooring, tiling, painting, joinery, and finishing works. Ensure all activities comply with approved shop drawings, material specifications, and project requirements. Coordinate with site engineers, technical teams, and subcontractors to resolve site issues. Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed according to the project schedule. Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain high standards of workmanship and coordinate inspections with the QA/QC team. Enforce health and safety requirements and maintain a safe working environment. Report daily progress, site issues, and manpower requirements to site management.
