Master Coffee Roaster – Specialty Coffee Location: Kuwait City, Kuwait Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Master Coffee Roaster to play a key role in developing and leading the roasting program of a specialty coffee roastery in Kuwait. This is not simply a production roasting position. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the science and sensory aspects of coffee roasting , who can independently develop roast profiles, evaluate results through cupping, identify defects, and continuously improve coffee quality. The successful candidate will work with high-quality specialty green coffees from different origins and processing methods, developing profiles that highlight each coffee’s sweetness, acidity, clarity, aroma, body, and origin characteristics .
