Job description: Accountant ( Odoo & QuickBooks Specialist ) Company: Toulin Medical Trading LLC Location: United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi Job Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a qualified Accountant with strong expertise in Odoo ERP and QuickBooks . The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE , possess comprehensive knowledge of UAE accounting standards and tax regulations, and be capable of independently managing the company's financial records and reporting. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely bookkeeping. Manage daily accounting transactions using Odoo ERP and QuickBooks . Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations. Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax requirements and other applicable financial regulations. Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits. Process payroll and maintain employee financial records. Prepare management reports and provide financial insights to support business decisions. Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE . Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP and QuickBooks (mandatory). Mandatory Requirements Valid UAE Driving License. Valid UAE Residency Visa. Age between 27 and 40 years . Currently residing in the UAE.
