Profile Snapshot Title: GBS Finance Tower Lead Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Position Type: Full Time Reporting To: Senior Director ERP Transformation Department: Finance Transformation / Global Business Services (GBS) Overview: The GBS Finance Tower Lead is accountable for the end-to-end design, governance, standardization, performance management, and continuous improvement of Agthia's Finance processes across all business units, functions, and geographies. The role serves as the single point of accountability for Finance process strategy, governance, performance management, analytics, data governance, GBS operating model alignment, and digital transformation initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with Business Unit Leaders, Commercial Finance, Value Chain Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Corporate Finance, IT, MDM, and Executive Leadership to establish a world-class Finance operating model supporting Agthia's GBS, MDM, and ERP transformation journey while enabling data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and enterprise-wide performance visibility. How Will You Make An Impact Finance Strategy & Governance Develop and maintain the global Finance vision, roadmap, policies, standards, process frameworks, and governance model aligned with Agthia's strategic objectives, GBS operating model, and enterprise transformation agenda. Enterprise Finance & ERP Transformation Lead end-to-end Finance process design and transformation initiatives, ensuring adoption of leading practices, standardization, simplification, and effective integration across the enterprise. Drive process harmonization across key Finance areas, including: Financial Planning & Analysis Accounting & Reporting Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Treasury Tax Financial Close Management Reporting Finance Master Data Finance Controls Finance Process Excellence Establish and continuously improve standardized, efficient, and scalable Finance processes across business units, functions, and geographies. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate duplication, strengthen controls, and enhance the overall Finance operating model. Performance Management & Business Insights Establish enterprise-wide performance management frameworks that provide clear visibility into financial, operational, commercial, and strategic performance. Enable timely, meaningful, and actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Financial Planning & Analysis Provide oversight and governance of enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business performance management processes. Drive alignment between strategic objectives, financial plans, operational priorities, and business performance across the organization. Analytics & Decision Support Strengthen Finance analytics and decision-support capabilities to support business growth, profitability, investment decisions, and operational effectiveness. Leverage financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement. Areas include: Revenue and Margin Analysis Profitability Analysis Cost Analysis Investment Evaluation Business Case Development Scenario Modelling Sensitivity Analysis Pricing Analysis Growth Opportunity Assessment Finance Data & Master Data Governance Partner with MDM and relevant stakeholders to establish strong governance, data quality, and standardization across Finance-related master data. Key areas include: Product and Customer Hierarchies Organizational Structures Cost Centers Profit Centers Financial Dimensions KPI Definitions Reporting Structures GBS Service Delivery Management Define and govern the Finance service delivery model within GBS, ensuring clear ownership, effective processes, consistent service standards, and strong collaboration between GBS and business stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in Finance service delivery and ensure alignment between GBS operations and enterprise Finance requirements. Performance Reporting & Management Information Establish and continuously enhance standardized management reporting and executive dashboards that provide clear visibility of business and financial performance. Drive automation, simplification, and standardization of reporting across business units and functions. Continuous Improvement & Digital Transformation Lead Finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, including process automation, advanced analytics, AI-enabled solutions, self-service reporting, and digital Finance capabilities. Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, user experience, and value creation through technology and process innovation. Stakeholder Management Act as a strategic partner to Executive Leadership, Corporate Finance, Business Unit Leadership, Commercial Finance, Value Chain Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, MDM, and GBS Leadership. Facilitate governance forums, drive cross-functional alignment, and lead decisions related to Finance processes, performance management, business insights, service delivery, and transformation initiatives. Qualifications, Experience & Skills Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline. Professional qualification preferred (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Experience 10+ years of experience across Finance, FP&A, Business Finance, Corporate Finance, Finance Transformation, Process Excellence, or GBS environments. 5+ years in leadership roles with experience managing Finance processes, transformation initiatives, or enterprise-wide programs. Experience leading multiple Finance transformation and process improvement programs. Proven experience leading enterprise-wide Finance process standardization and harmonization initiatives. Experience working in complex, multi-country and matrix organizations. FMCG/Food & Beverage manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
