📢 Hiring Alert | Construction Superintendent (Offshore HUC) 📍 Location: Qatar Offshore 📄 Contract Type: Long-Term Contract 🌊 Work Pattern: 100% Offshore 🔄 Rotation: 28 Days ON / 28 Days OFF 📅 Schedule: 7 Days per Week We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent (Offshore HUC) to join a major Compression Project , leading offshore brownfield, shutdown, hook-up, and commissioning activities in a large-scale offshore environment. Key Responsibilities ✅ Act as the Company Site Representative for offshore execution activities. ✅ Lead offshore Brownfield, Shutdown, Hook-Up, Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning, and Commissioning activities. ✅ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, integrity, and project objectives during offshore execution. ✅ Coordinate with Operations, OESS teams, EPC Contractors, and Subcontractors to ensure seamless execution. ✅ Supervise daily offshore meetings covering Safety, PTW coordination, planning, and execution progress. ✅ Monitor contractor performance, progress reporting, and adherence to approved procedures and standards. ✅ Support safe SIMOPS execution and maintain effective stakeholder communication throughout offshore activities. ✅ Participate in lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements ✔ High National Diploma in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering . ✔ Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction-related disciplines. ✔ Experience in: Offshore Construction Hook-Up & Commissioning Brownfield Modifications Shutdown Execution Mechanical Completion Offshore Fabrication & Installation Pre-Commissioning Activities ✔ Minimum 1 year experience as a Company Site Representative Offshore Lead (or equivalent leadership/oversight role). ✔ Strong knowledge of: Offshore Facilities & Structures LNG & Gas Production Facilities Offshore Safety Standards SIMOPS PTW Management EPC Project Execution Construction Management With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
