A&D Specifications Manager Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and design consultants. Promote the brand and product portfolio through presentations, showroom visits, and networking events. Secure product specifications for residential, hospitality, corporate, and commercial projects. Identify upcoming projects and generate qualified business opportunities. Provide product knowledge, samples, technical specifications, and design solutions. Coordinate with internal sales and project teams to convert specifications into orders. Monitor project pipelines, market trends, and competitor activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or a related field. 3–5+ years of experience in business development or specification sales within the furniture, interiors, or design industry. Established network within the UAE A&D community. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Good understanding of furniture, materials, finishes, and project requirements.
