JOB TITLE: Assistant I - HSSE Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain comprehensive document control systems for HSSE management policies, risk assessments, and audits Assist in compiling all the HSSE Management System records such as plans, procedures, inspections records, MOM etc. Coordinate and collect data such as statistics, trainings, incident reports etc. from various parties (subcontractors/ projects) Maintain statistical safety data up to date and compile data and generate weekly / monthly HSSE reports Maintain Action tracking system and update with the actions close out Maintain logs for HSSE observations submitted Promote HSSE awareness by actively participating in HSSE awareness campaigns. Provide administrative support to coordinate the HSSE team's activities Participate in incident investigation reviews and assist with drafting incident reports Carry out other related tasks as advised by the Manager.. Essential Qualifications And Experience Bachelor's Degree (4 years) or Diploma (3 years) 2 years of experience in HSSE in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects / operations in the oil & gas or petrochemical industries. . Skills And Competencies Office administration and/or office support experience Strong administrative and organizational skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple functions Strong Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, AI and Excel skills Good communication skills Additional Information
