About the job Manager - Broker Relations Job Title: Manager - Broker Relations Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Responsibilities Broker Network Development Identify, recruit, and onboard new brokers and real estate agencies to represent SAAS projects. Maintain and regularly update the database of active brokers and agencies. Provide project information, updates, and marketing materials to registered brokers. Ensure brokers are trained on project details, pricing, payment plans, and sales procedures. Broker Communication and Support Act as the main point of contact for all broker queries, support requests, and escalations. Organize and conduct regular project briefings and site tours for brokers. Coordinate with the Marketing Team to ensure brokers have access to up-to-date promotional materials and inventory lists. Support brokers with timely responses to technical, legal, or commercial queries. Broker Performance Management Coordinate with the Sales Administration and Finance Teams to ensure accurate commission tracking and timely processing.
