Property Associate – Off-Plan & Secondary Location: Dubai, UAE | Full-Time We are looking for ambitious and driven Property Associates to join our growing real estate team, specializing in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties. Whether you have previous Dubai real estate experience or come from a strong sales, business development, finance, hospitality, luxury or client-facing background , we want to hear from you. The Role Generate and develop new client relationships and business opportunities. Advise local and international clients on suitable property investments. Manage the full sales process, from lead generation through to closing. Conduct property viewings and client consultations. Build and maintain a strong personal network and client portfolio. Stay informed on Dubai's property market, communities, developers and new launches. Achieve individual and team sales targets. What We're Looking For Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive, ambitious and target-driven mindset. Strong negotiation and sales skills. Professional presentation and client service. Resilience and the ability to work independently. Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
