About Agency Helix : Agency Helix is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Social Media Intern to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about social media, digital marketing, content creation, and emerging trends to gain hands-on experience working with a diverse portfolio of brands. Key Responsibilities: Assist the social media team with daily account management across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms. Support content planning, scheduling, and publishing. Research social media trends, viral content, competitors, and industry developments. Assist in developing content calendars, creative concepts, and campaign ideas. Draft engaging captions, Stories, and basic social media copy. Support community management, including monitoring comments, messages, and engagement. Assist in preparing monthly social media reports and performance insights. Coordinate with designers, content creators, and account managers to ensure timely content delivery. Support content shoots, events, and behind-the-scenes production when required. Explore AI tools to support content ideation, research, and creative development. Requirements: Recent graduate or currently studying Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and current social media trends. Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools is an advantage. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics is a plus. Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
