Preventive Maintenance Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on coffee machines, grinders, brewers, speed ovens, ice machines, chillers, freezers and display fridges. Perform routine inspections of store technical systems: electrical, plumbing, water filtration, HVAC / AC units, lighting and exhaust. Descale, clean and calibrate equipment according to manufacturer guidelines. Corrective Maintenance & Repairs Respond promptly to breakdown calls from stores; diagnose faults and complete repairs to minimise downtime. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration and water-supply issues. Replace worn parts and components; coordinate with suppliers or external contractors for warranty or specialist repairs. Records, Parts & Compliance Maintain accurate maintenance logs, job cards and equipment history for each store. Track spare-parts usage and inform the supervisor of stock requirements. Follow health & safety procedures, food-safety hygiene rules in store areas, and safe working practices (lock-out / tag-out, PPE). Report recurring faults and recommend equipment replacement or improvements. Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience, ideally in F&B, café, hotel or commercial kitchen environments. Practical experience repairing commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment (chillers, freezers, ice machines, ovens). Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and AC systems. Able to read technical manuals and use standard diagnostic tools (multimeter, pressure gauges). Flexible to work shifts, weekends and respond to urgent calls; able to travel between stores.
