Aluminum and Glass Factory Fabrication Foreman Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage workers and staff firmly, professionally, and effectively. Supervise workers and technicians, assign daily tasks according to the work plan and project schedule, and monitor performance and productivity. Read The shop drawings and understand the dimensions and technical details, and ensure that fabrication comply with approved drawing Fabrication Supervision : Supervise cutting, preparation, and assembly of aluminum profiles for doors and windows, ensuring accurate measurements, machining, and assembly in accordance with technical specifications Inspect dimensions, alignment, squareness, assembly, and finishing quality; verify correct hardware installation, report defects, and implement corrective actions. Materials & Hardware Control: Ensure the availability of aluminum profiles, glass, hardware, screws, silicone, and sealing materials; monitor material consumption with Store Keeper, and send the report to production manager. Production Planning & Monitoring: Organize daily workflow, monitor completed quantities, achieve production targets and delivery deadlines, and submit regular progress reports to the production manager. Tools & Equipment Monitoring: Ensure tools and machinery are ready for operation, report equipment breakdowns, and coordinate preventive maintenance with the maintenance department. Final Inspection & Handover: Verify smooth operation of doors and windows, ensure locks, hinges, and hardware function properly, conduct final inspections before handover, and rectify outstanding defects Maintaining the workplace cleanliness and housekeeping.
