WE'RE HIRING | PROCUREMENT OFFICER - ODOO ERP | DUBAI, UAE Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 3,500 - 4,500 per month Experience: 2+ Years | Automotive / Technical Industry Language: Arabic & English - MANDATORY ERP: Odoo ERP - Procurement Module - MANDATORY Preference: Dubai / UAE-based candidates The Opportunity We are looking for a skilled Procurement Officer with hands-on Odoo ERP experience to manage purchasing, supplier coordination, RFQs, purchase orders and material availability for a leading automotive company in Dubai. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement through Odoo ERP Handle RFQs, Purchase Orders and Vendor Bills Source suppliers and negotiate pricing and delivery terms Maintain vendor records and evaluate supplier performance Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse and Finance Monitor inventory and ensure timely material availability Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement or Business Administration Minimum 2 years experience in automotive / technical industry Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP Procurement Module Mandatory: Arabic and English communication skills Strong negotiation, vendor management and coordination skills Candidates currently based in Dubai/UAE preferred Work Location: Dubai, UAE.
