Wheel Loader Operator

About this opportunity

Operate the wheel loader safely and efficiently, and assist with loading, unloading, moving, and stockpiling products / materials. Assist the site team with daily operations, material handling, and general worksite activities. Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any defects, breakdowns, or maintenance requirements to the supervisor. Follow site safety procedures, HSE requirements, traffic rules, and company policies always. Coordinate with supervisors and staff to ensure safe and efficient equipment movement. Maintain proper housekeeping and keep the work area clean, organized, and free from obstructions. Assist with basic equipment cleaning and routine checks under supervision. Wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a safe working environment. Report hazards, unsafe conditions, and operational issues to the supervisor immediately. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management. Practical knowledge of wheel loader operation is required; previous operating experience is preferred. Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take initiative. Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling duties. Responsible, hardworking, and safety-conscious. Willingness to perform various duties according to operational needs. Knowledge of workplace safety procedures. Physically fit, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team. Willing to follow instructions and company rules. Immediate joiners preferred.
