This is an on-site role in Riyadh .Great opportunity for hands-on Oracle experts ready to make immediate impact.Role Overview: As a Techno-Functional SME, you'll bridge the gap between HR business processes and Oracle technical implementation, providing subject matter expertise across configuration, troubleshooting, and database-level support. Key Responsibilities: Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HR modulesPerform hands-on Oracle Database (Oracle DB) work — queries, troubleshooting, performance tuningCollaborate with HR and technical teams to resolve issues and optimize processesSupport configuration, testing, and issue resolution across the Oracle HR landscape Requirements:Proven experience as an Oracle Techno-Functional SME in HR/HCMStrong hands-on experience with Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL, troubleshooting)Solid understanding of HR business processes within Oracle systemsAbility to work on-site for the full contract durationImmediate or short-notice availability (Already holding IQAMA)Solid Knowledge in EBS 📍 Location: On-site — [Riyadh -KSA]🗓️ Duration: 3 months (contract) Apply directly or send a DM / resume to Abdelaziz@aventusglobal.com
