Scada Operator

About this opportunity

We are looking for experienced SCADA Operators with hands-on experience in monitoring and operating SCADA systems. Operate and monitor SCADA systems. Monitor electric power and distribution networks. Perform switching procedures as per operational requirements. Conduct routine inspections and system performance checks. Maintain SCADA system records and documentation. Support preventive maintenance activities. Coordinate with contractors and technical teams. Monitor system alarms and report operational issues. Hands-on experience in SCADA operations. Knowledge of SCADA hardware and software. Understanding of RTUs and metering systems. Knowledge of electrical power distribution networks. Good computer and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of safety procedures and permit systems. Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in SCADA systems operation within electric power distribution, utilities, or district cooling facilities. Experience in airport operations or airside infrastructure is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Hands-on competence with SCADA hardware/software, RTU/metering systems troubleshooting, functional specification drafting, and single-line diagrams.
