Your Responsibilities Will Include Champion safety, wellbeing, inclusivity and responsible delivery across every project. Deliver projects through clear planning, quality systems and strong stakeholder collaboration. Supervise change and commercial performance with integrity. Lead teams to achieve KPIs, share best practice and unlock potential across Mace Deliver cost management services across all project phases and sectors. Lead discipline-specific areas using advanced technical expertise. Conduct feasibility studies and advise on procurement and contract strategies. Apply value management techniques to optimize project outcomes. Manage estimating and cost planning, presenting final cost plans to stakeholders. Oversee contract documentation, ensuring compliance and formal execution. Maintain cost control throughout the contract lifecycle, including monthly reporting. Mentor Cost Consultants and drive process improvements aligned with net zero. You'll Need To Have Degree in quantity surveying / cost management (or equivalent). Professional membership i.e. MRICS (or equivalent). Middle East experience is essential.
