Job description: Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations within an airport duty-free environment. The role is responsible for managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and maintaining efficient stock movement to support business operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, and Store teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and ensure inventory accuracy. Ensure proper stock rotation (FEFO), minimize wastage, expiry, and damages. Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff while maintaining productivity and compliance. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security standards. Ensure compliance with airport regulations, customs requirements, and company SOPs. Oversee the safe handling and storage of high-value and controlled products. Monitor warehouse KPIs, prepare reports, and drive continuous operational improvements. Ensure effective use of warehouse systems (ERP/WMS and related tools). Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in retail, FMCG, logistics, or airport environments. Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse best practices. Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
