Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Cost Control Manager to lead our Planning & Cost Control team at the head office in Abu Dhabi. This strategic role focuses on accurate cost planning, monitoring project financials, and supporting data-driven decision-making to ensure optimal resource allocation and profitability across our construction projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project budgets based on Work Breakdown Structures and defined cost elements (labor, materials, subcontractors, equipment). Track and report on project costs and financial performance against budget. Perform variance analysis, identify cost trends, and recommend corrective actions. Support preparation of change orders, EOT claims, and assist in SAP implementation. Lead, mentor, and build the capability of the cost control team to improve overall project controls. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Master's preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in cost control with major contracting firms. Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, project financial reporting, and cost optimization. Proficiency in SAP and project control software. PMP certification is a plus.
