Senior BIM Specialist - Wet Utilities

In this role you will get to Insert one sentence summary of key job role . What You'll Be Doing: Create and update 3D BIM models for wet utility systems using Civil 3D, or other BIM software. Model potable water, irrigation, stormwater and sewerage networks. Develop utility structures such as manholes, chambers, valve chambers, tanks, and pump stations. Maintain model accuracy in line with design revisions. Generate plans & profiles from BIM models. Ensure drawings comply with project CAD and BIM standards. Participate in multidisciplinary coordination activities. Assist in identifying and resolving clashes with roads, structures, buildings, landscape, and dry utilities. Update models based on coordination comments and approved design changes. Follow BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project standards, and company procedures. Perform model checks to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy. Ensure proper naming conventions, folder structures, and data management practices are maintained. Prepare model submissions according to project milestones. Maintain records of model revisions and updates. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Autodesk Civil 3D Navisworks AutoCAD Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 InfraWorks (preferred) Dynamo (preferred) What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Strong understanding of wet utility infrastructure. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and design specifications. Good communication and teamwork skills. Problem-solving and coordination abilities. Knowledge of BIM standards and project workflows.
