Develop training materials, presentations, practical exercises and assessments. Facilitate interactive learning for students and corporate professionals. Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback. Keep training content aligned with current industry practices. Deliver customised corporate training programmes as required. Requirements Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification in the respective domain. Strong subject-matter expertise and relevant industry experience. Prior teaching, training or facilitation experience preferred. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to deliver engaging, practical and industry-relevant training.
