eMagine Solutions DMCC | Dubai, UAE (hybrid/remote considered) Salary: AED 60,000 – 70,000 per month This is a proper transformation leadership role not a “PowerPoint transformation” job. eMagine is exclusively recruiting a senior Digital Transformation leader to take ownership of enterprise-wide change across operating model, process, and platforms. You’ll lead large-scale programmes end-to-end: ERP consolidation/migration, low-code workflow automation, governance and KPI frameworks, and customer-facing digital platforms that directly support commercial growth. If you’ve led complex transformation across multiple countries, can sit confidently with C-suite sponsors, and still get into the detail with delivery teams you’ll feel at home here. What you’ll be responsible for Own the enterprise transformation roadmap (platform strategy, investment priorities, delivery governance) Lead ERP consolidation / migration programmes across multiple regions and business units Drive target operating model design (process, roles, controls, ways of working) Deliver workflow automation and scalable integrations (low-code and enterprise platforms) Build benefits cases, KPIs/scorecards , and benefits realisation frameworks (and make them real) Run stakeholder engagement from boardroom to delivery floor (C-level sponsors, regional ops, tech teams) Lead change management and adoption so the business actually uses what gets built Bring structure to delivery: Agile where it fits, PRINCE2 governance where it’s needed What we’re looking for 12–18+ years’ experience across digital / enterprise transformation, product/programme delivery Proven track record delivering global, multi-country programmes (50+ countries is a strong plus) Strong in operating model redesign , process re-engineering, and enterprise governance Comfortable owning complex platforms: ERP, low-code (e.g., Appian), BI/data warehousing, PLM Commercial mindset: you can link programmes to profitability, working capital, revenue, and customer outcomes Confident communicator with senior stakeholders credible, calm, and delivery-focused Package AED 60,000 – 70,000 per month Dubai-based (hybrid/remote considered) Exclusive with eMagine Solutions
