Job Code: 287/001/602 Industry: Manufacturing / Paper Manufacturing / Supply Chain & Warehousing Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a strong background in warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain activities within the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising warehouse receiving, storage, and dispatch operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, conducting stock reconciliations, and preparing warehouse performance reports. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or warehouse management , a Bachelor's Degree, and hands-on experience using SAP for warehouse transactions . Supervise daily warehouse operations, including material receiving, storage, and dispatch. Maintain inventory accuracy and investigate stock discrepancies. Prepare inventory reports and warehouse Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports. Conduct regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations. Ensure proper material handling, warehouse housekeeping, and compliance with safety procedures. Use SAP systems to manage and record warehouse transactions. Bachelor's Degree. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or warehouse management. Hands-on SAP experience in warehouse transactions and inventory management. Experience supervising warehouse receiving, storage, and dispatch operations. Good knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and cycle counting. Ability to prepare inventory reports and warehouse KPI reports. Understanding of warehouse safety, material handling, and housekeeping practices. Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Experience in a manufacturing environment will be preferred.
