As part of its continued growth, the firm is looking to add an accountant to operate as the key point of contact for all financial operations portfolio companies matters. This is a high-exposure opportunity involving close interaction with senior stakeholders and key decision makers. What the job involves Financial reporting Statutory annual audits Group consolidation Tax and regulatory compliance Accounting policies, practices and procedures Company formations Accounting systems and process Invoice payment and receipts Treasury and banking Liaising with investment platforms Who we are looking for Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field Technical experience in auditing, financial controls, accounting and bookkeeping Professional accounting qualification (ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) Ability to develop relationships with external advisors, banks and stakeholders Ability to work across multi-functional teams and in a collaborative environment
