About this opportunity

Key Responsibilities Lead the development of fully logic-linked, resource-loaded project programmes from concept to handover Establish, maintain, and control master schedules, baselines, milestones, and WBS Define sequencing, dependencies, constraints, and planning assumptions in line with scope and contracts Own critical path analysis and programme risk management across multiple projects Independently assess and challenge project timelines proposed by project teams Monitor progress, analyze variances, and provide accurate forecast completion dates Develop and implement recovery, mitigation, and acceleration strategies Conduct schedule impact analysis for variations, scope changes, and design revisions Lead planning input for claims, extensions of time (EOTs), and delay analysis Produce executive-level weekly and monthly planning reports Act as the planning authority in internal and client progress meetings Coordinate planning activities across architectural, engineering, and construction disciplines Mentor junior planners and drive planning standards Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of planning data across all projects Candidate Criteria Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management 7+ years experience in project planning (consultancy or construction) Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory) Strong knowledge of CPM, WBS, baseline control, and delay analysis Confident communicator with the ability to challenge unrealistic timelines Proven experience supporting claims and EOTs preferred
