Manager (EAM & Utilities Platform) | Abu Dhabi This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the vision, governance, and continuous enhancement of key utility platforms, including IBM Maximo (Enterprise Asset Management), Esri ArcGIS (GIS), and Field Service Management (FSM). The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the technology landscape that supports asset management, maintenance operations, spatial intelligence, and field workforce productivity. Key responsibilities include: Defining and executing platform strategy and roadmapsLeading platform governance, optimization, and innovation initiativesPartnering with Operations, Engineering, Asset Management, and HSE stakeholdersManaging platform investments and technology transformation programsBuilding and leading a high-performing team and Centre of Excellence for utility operations platformsDriving business value through integrated EAM, GIS, and FSM capabilitiesWe're looking for experienced technology and platform leaders with strong expertise in utility operations, enterprise asset management, GIS, and field service technologies.
