About Thenexi Thenexi is an AI platform that runs the busy parts of a business: it builds websites from a single sentence, answers customers on WhatsApp 24/7, makes AI phone calls in Arabic and English, gets businesses found on Google, and sends invoices with payment links. All in one app, made for businesses in the UAE. We're growing fast and looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to bring Thenexi to UAE businesses: restaurants, clinics, salons, real estate agencies, garages, shops and more. What you'll do • Find and contact small and medium businesses across the UAE (WhatsApp, phone, LinkedIn, email and in person) • Show business owners a live demo: their website built by AI in minutes • Help new customers sign up and choose the right plan • Build long-term relationships and earn referrals • Share ideas for campaigns, partnerships and local events • Use Thenexi's own AI tools (lead finder, email campaigns, AI calls) to find and follow up with leads What we're looking for • Experience in sales, business development or marketing, ideally selling to SMEs in the UAE • Confident talking to business owners, in person and on the phone • Self-motivated and organised: you manage your own time and pipeline • Comfortable with technology. You don't need to code, but you should enjoy showing new tools • Arabic is a big plus; English is required • A network of business owners in the UAE is a strong advantage • Valid right to work in the UAE (own visa or freelance permit) What you get • Commission of 20% on every customer you bring in, with no cap on earnings, Get paid until customer pay to us monthly • Flexible hours, work from anywhere in the UAE • A product that sells itself in a demo: AI building a website live in front of the customer • Full training, demo account and sales materials • Room to grow into a team lead role as we expand
