Room Attendants is a professional who anticipates needs and efficiently complete all the tasks. Room Attendants maintains guest s privacy and confidentiality. Key Duties and Responsibilities To follow and maintain all standards and procedures for Housekeeping service of guest rooms and suites. Maintain and clean guest room, suite, corridor, and pantries according to One&Only Standards. Make notes, collect, and action on any guest requests and preferences. Ensure all interactions with guests are in a professional and polite manner. Ensure proper use and care of equipment. Ensure the Lost and Found procedures are always adhered.
