Senior HVAC Engineer

Careers International is hiring for a reputed Civil & MEP Contracting Company in the UAE for its ongoing building and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: • Manage execution of complete HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF, ducting and chilled water piping • Review HVAC shop drawings, heat-load calculations and material submittals for consultant approval • Plan and monitor HVAC installation progress against the project schedule • Coordinate with civil, electrical and plumbing teams to resolve site interfaces and clashes • Lead testing, balancing and commissioning (TAB) and witness inspections with consultants • Ensure quality, HSE and specification compliance across all HVAC works • Supervise and guide site engineers, foremen and chargehands Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering • 10+ years of HVAC execution experience in building/infrastructure projects, GCC experience preferred • In-depth knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA and local authority standards • Hands-on experience in testing, adjusting, balancing and commissioning • Proficient in AutoCAD and HVAC design/calculation tools (HAP or similar) • UAE driving licence and Society of Engineers registration preferred Benefits • Attractive all-inclusive monthly package (negotiable based on experience) • Employment visa and UAE labour-law benefits as per company policy • Medical insurance as per UAE law • Annual leave and air ticket as per company policy • End-of-service gratuity as per UAE Labour Law • Long-term career growth with an established Civil & MEP contractor
