Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and quality standards. Experience in staff training, coaching, and performance management. Proficiency in MS Excel and preparation of operational and sales reports. Good knowledge of food costing, inventory control, budgeting, and cost management. Ability to manage daily operations, control expenses, and achieve business targets. Professional, well-groomed, and presentable personality. Salary: Attractive Salary depending on experience and interview performance Interview Mode : Online Requirements Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management Minimum 7-10 years of experience in restaurant operations.
