We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager – Operations to oversee operational performance, improve efficiency, and support strategic business objectives. ? Salary: Up to AED 25,000 per month Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business operations. Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures. Monitor KPIs, budgets, service delivery, and overall operational performance. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control. Lead, mentor, and manage teams to achieve departmental objectives. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and quality standards. Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve business goals. Requirements UAE National. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in budgeting, KPI monitoring, and process improvement.
