BIM Modeler - MEP

About this opportunity

Develop detailed MEP models using BIM software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Collaborate with architects and structural engineers to integrate MEP systems into the overall building design, addressing any potential conflicts early. Conduct clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts between MEP systems and other building elements, minimizing rework and delays. Create and maintain accurate documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications, to support project coordination and execution. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in MEP principles. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in MEP BIM modeling, demonstrating a strong understanding of building systems and their integration. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, showcasing technical skills necessary for effective model creation. Familiarity with industry standards like ASHRAE, NFPA, and local building codes, ensuring compliance in all modeling tasks.
