Senior Sales Manager - Tires/Batteries Location - Abu Dhabi Fluency in Arabic language is must. Salary -35000 Dhms per month We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in automotive products, particularly Tires, Batteries and Lubricants , to drive sales growth and business development. Key Requirements: Proven experience in sales leadership within the automotive, automotive aftermarket, tyres, or lubricants industry. Strong expertise in B2B sales, distribution, channel development, and key account management. Experience working with large automotive groups, diversified trading companies, or established distribution businesses. Strong commercial acumen, team leadership, and a track record of achieving sales targets. Arabic speaker is mandatory for the role. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Drive B2B sales, distribution, and channel development across the Abu Dhabi market. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and business partners. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across automotive product segments. Lead and mentor the sales team, monitor performance, and ensure target achievement. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
