Moving Operations Manager – Dubai Flying Carpet Express is launching a dedicated moving and relocation division and is looking for an experienced Moving Operations Manager to help build, train and lead the moving team and oversee day-to-day moving operations. Key Responsibilities Recruit, train and supervise a professional moving and packing team Lead residential and commercial moving jobs from start to finish Plan manpower, equipment and truck requirements for each move Ensure furniture, fragile items and personal belongings are packed, handled and transported safely Train staff on professional packing, dismantling, loading, unloading and reassembly standards Supervise on-site teams and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on schedule Maintain high customer service standards throughout each move Handle operational issues, damages or customer concerns professionally Ensure moving equipment, tools and packing materials are properly maintained and stocked Support the development of operating procedures and quality standards for the new moving division Coordinate with management on staffing, scheduling and day-to-day operational requirements What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone hands-on, experienced and dependable who can help us build a professional moving operation from the ground up. The ideal candidate will take ownership of service quality, team training and operational standards, with a strong focus on providing customers with a smooth, reliable and stress-free moving experience. Location: Dubai, UAE Requirements Previous experience in the moving and relocation industry in Dubai/UAE Proven experience supervising moving crews Strong knowledge of packing, furniture handling, dismantling and reassembly Ability to recruit and train movers and packers Strong leadership and team-management skills Good communication and customer-service skills Organized, reliable and able to manage multiple moving jobs Valid UAE driving license is an advantage Experience with residential, villa, office and international relocation moves is preferred
