Paid Media Channel Lead - Google

About this opportunity

Key Responsibilities Manage and scale global Google Ads campaigns, including Search, App Campaigns, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max. Execute and optimize Big Media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, and other major platforms. Optimize campaign performance through bidding, targeting, budget allocation, and audience strategies. Drive Web-to-App (W2A) acquisition and optimize landing pages, deep links, and conversion funnels. Drive creative optimization through A/B testing and performance analysis. Monitor and optimize CPA, LTV, ROI, and user quality. Collaborate with Regional, BI, Creative, and Product teams to drive growth. Requirements 3–5+ years of experience in Paid Media or Performance Marketing, with sizable budget management experience. Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, especially App Campaigns and Search Ads. Practical experience with at least one other major platform, such as Meta, TikTok, or X. Solid understanding of bidding strategies, MMP attribution, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization. Strong analytical skills, global market experience, and professional English proficiency. Nice to Have: Experience in Crypto, Fintech, or Finance. Familiarity with AppsFlyer, GA4 and Firebase
