Manage all commercial and contractual activities across construction projects. Review contracts, variations, claims, and subcontract agreements. Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, and financial performance. Lead commercial negotiations with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Identify and manage commercial risks, claims, and potential cost impacts. Coordinate with Project Management, Procurement, Finance, and Technical teams. Prepare commercial reports, forecasts, and recommendations for management. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company procedures, and UAE regulations. 15+ years of experience in construction/commercial management. Minimum 3 years as a Commercial Manager. Currently based in the UAE with strong UAE construction experience. Experience with residential, commercial, hospitality, and building projects. Strong experience in contracts, claims, variations, cost control, and subcontract management. Experienced in commercial negotiations, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. Strong coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams. Strong knowledge of UAE construction contracts and commercial practices.
