We are hiring two Senior Regional Sales Managers to drive commercial expansion across the Middle East and Africa (MENA), with one position based in Dubai, UAE, and the other in Morocco. Despite the title, this is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. The position is designed for a senior enterprise sales professional with a strong hunter mentality, a proven track record of closing multimillion-dollar deals, and experience managing complex, long sales cycles with government entities and telecommunications operators. Role Objective Drive revenue growth and market expansion for Intersec's Early Warning & Public Alerting solutions across the assigned MENA markets by developing new strategic accounts, identifying high-value business opportunities, and closing complex enterprise deals with governments, civil protection authorities, and telecommunications operators. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this role requires an autonomous, commercially driven professional who can own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity development to negotiation and closing. Success will be measured primarily by revenue generation, deal size, and the ability to secure strategic contracts. Responsibilities ● Develop and manage strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers across government institutions, civil protection authorities, and telecommunications operators. ● Own the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, discovery, solution presentations, commercial negotiations, and deal closure. ● Identify and pursue high-value opportunities related to national early warning systems, public alerting infrastructure, and civil protection initiatives. ● Drive the adoption of Cell Broadcast technology and mass notification solutions across target markets. ● Develop tailored value propositions and business cases aligned with each country's regulatory environment, market conditions, and strategic needs. ● Build and execute account plans and regional sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts. ● Lead complex, long-cycle negotiations involving multiple stakeholders, large budgets, and enterprise-level contracts. ● Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within strategic accounts. ● Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging business opportunities across the assigned territories. ● Track sales performance, pipeline development, and commercial KPIs, providing regular reports to the CRO. ● Represent Intersec at industry conferences, trade shows, and executive-level meetings to strengthen brand positioning and generate new business opportunities. ● Work autonomously while maintaining close alignment with the CRO on sales strategy, pipeline priorities, and revenue targets. Must-Have Skills and Qualifications ● Enterprise sales hunter mentality: Proven ability to generate new business, open strategic accounts, and convert opportunities into revenue. This is a quota-carrying sales role, not a business development or lead-generation position. ● Government and telecommunications sales: At least 5 years of B2B/B2G sales experience, ideally selling to government institutions and telecom operators. ● Multimillion-dollar deal experience: A verifiable track record of closing contracts exceeding USD 1 million. ● Full-cycle enterprise sales: Extensive experience managing complex sales processes, long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and high-value commercial negotiations. ● C-level engagement: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with executive-level decision-makers. ● Telecommunications solutions: Experience selling solutions within the telecom ecosystem, such as Core Network, Radio, CRM, or Value-Added Services (VAS) platforms. ● Commercial models: Knowledge of SaaS, subscription-based services, and software licensing models. ● Value-based selling: Ability to develop compelling value propositions, build business cases, and connect technical solutions to business outcomes. ● Market intelligence: Strong market research, competitive analysis, and strategic account development capabilities. ● CRM and reporting: Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. ● Regional mobility: Willingness and availability to travel frequently across Africa and the Middle East. ● Commercial ownership: Strong negotiation skills, resilience, accountability, and a results-driven approach, with a clear focus on revenue generation and closing deals. ● Executive communication: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility and trust with senior stakeholders. ● Strategic autonomy: Ability to operate independently, prioritize opportunities, and drive commercial results without direct reports. Languages ● English: Fluent; mandatory. ● Arabic: Fluent; mandatory.
