Operations Manager – Restaurant Group Location: Bahrain An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, commercially driven Operations Manager to lead a growing independent restaurant group in Bahrain, overseeing multiple established dining concepts and supporting the launch of a new casual dining brand, with further expansion planned. Candidate Requirements Proven experience managing multiple premium dining restaurants within a quality-driven hospitality group. Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving profitability, financial performance and cost control. A hands-on, operationally focused leader who leads by example and maintains exceptional service standards. Proven ability to recruit, develop and motivate teams, fostering accountability and a strong service culture. Experience overseeing operational standards, guest experience and overall restaurant performance. A track record of supporting new openings, concept launches and business expansion. GCC experience preferred, although Bahrain experience is not essential. An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive within an independent restaurant group. Salary: Open and negotiable, depending on experience.
