Construction and Site Implementation Monitor site progress and conduct periodic inspections to ensure design compliance. Resolve technical design issues arising during construction. Review and validate as-built drawings and final finishes. Ensure interior design deliverables comply with applicable building codes, fire and life safety regulations, accessibility guidelines, sustainability requirements, and project specifications. 5. Stakeholder and Project Management Serve as a key coordination point for internal teams, consultants, contractors, and client-side project managers. Maintain accurate project documentation and version control across all interior design packages. Ensure compliance with company policies and Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline. Master's degree or specialized certification in Interior Design. Approximately 8–10 years of relevant interior design experience, or 7–12 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in technical interior design for residential developments.
