We are looking for experienced and dynamic Restaurant Managers to join a leading premium restaurant group in Kuwait. The ideal candidates should have extensive experience managing high-volume standalone restaurants or premium dining concepts, with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and operational efficiency. Manage high-volume restaurant operations, preferably handling 150+ covers. Lead, train, and supervise restaurant teams to maintain excellent service standards. Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional hospitality and guest relations. Monitor operational performance, inventory, cost control, and profitability. Handle customer concerns and resolve operational challenges effectively. Manage staff schedules and ensure efficient manpower allocation. Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Drive team performance and achieve operational targets. Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in premium standalone restaurants or established restaurant chains. Strong experience managing high-volume, fast-paced restaurant operations. Experience handling 150+ covers is highly preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, and guest service management. Ability to work under pressure and manage demanding service schedules. Experience in premium restaurant brands or standalone concepts is preferred over hotel operations. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
