Lead and supervise daily operations across trading branches, warehouses, and manufacturing units. Develop, implement, and optimize processes to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Coordinate logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products region-wide. Oversee warehouse management systems, inventory control, and resource allocation. Collaborate with production teams to streamline manufacturing processes and maintain high-quality standards. Ensure compliance with all local, regional, and international regulatory requirements. Implement best practices in health, safety, and quality management across all sites. Prepare and analyze operational reports for senior management, providing actionable insights. Manage, train, and mentor multi-site teams to build organizational capability. Work closely with supply chain, sales, and finance to align operational initiatives with business goals. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to foster innovation and productivity. Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in trading, manufacturing, or industrial sectors. Demonstrated leadership in managing multi-site operations, logistics, and warehousing. Strong process optimization and project management skills. In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. Analytical mindset with proficiency in operational reporting and KPIs. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our multi-site operations across the region. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing trading branches, warehouses, and manufacturing units, ensuring seamless coordination between logistics, warehouse management, production, compliance, and reporting functions. The Operations Manager will drive process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and support business growth. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in building materials, construction trading, or industrial manufacturing domains. Regional exposure to GCC operations. Experience with ERP systems and digital warehouse/logistics platforms.
