The role will also be instrumental in menu planning, product development, nutrition assessment, labeling, and documentation, while ensuring quality assurance, food safety practices, and shelf‑life management. By integrating sound nutritional principles into daily operations, this position supports the development of safe, reliable, and innovative food offerings across cafés, restaurants, and packaged meal lines.
