The Executive Producer is a senior leadership role responsible for driving business growth, managing strategic client relationships, and overseeing the successful delivery of high-value content and production projects. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, the Executive Producer combines commercial expertise, creative vision, and operational leadership to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards while achieving agreed commercial objectives. This position plays a key role in expanding market presence, securing new business opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful content solutions. Key Responsibilities Client Management & Business Development Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts across corporate, government, cultural, and commercial sectors. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a senior strategic advisor. Lead the end-to-end pitch process, including brief evaluation, solution development, pricing, proposals, and presentations. Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, market intelligence, and proactive client engagement. Develop strategies to expand existing accounts and generate sustainable revenue growth. Commercial & Financial Management Deliver revenue and profitability targets as defined by the business. Monitor project budgets, profitability, and commercial performance. Support forecasting, pipeline management, and business planning activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and relevant regulations. Drive commercial excellence across all client engagements. Creative & Strategic Leadership Partner with creative and production teams to develop innovative and impactful content solutions. Provide market insights and client intelligence to support strategic planning. Contribute to business growth strategies and industry positioning. Represent the company in client presentations, industry events, and leadership forums. Ensure all delivered work meets high creative and production standards. Team Leadership & Talent Development Lead, mentor, and develop producers and project teams. Set clear objectives and provide regular coaching and feedback. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Ensure project teams are properly briefed, supported, and aligned with business objectives. Promote knowledge sharing and professional development across the team. Requirements Extensive experience as an Executive Producer, Senior Producer, or similar leadership role within media production, branded content, corporate communications, or related industries. Proven track record of managing key client accounts, driving revenue growth, and securing high-value projects. Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing budgets, margins, and business pipelines. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop and mentor teams. Strong understanding of creative development and production processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong business development and relationship-building capabilities. Experience working with large corporate, government, or institutional clients is highly advantageous. Arabic language skills are preferred but not mandatory. 12 Months Extendable
