As an AI Product Owner at SBS, you will owns the DE AI use-case backlog end-to-end — from validated concept to production release — and is the single accountable interface between the DE product squads, the SBS AI Platform team and DE Engineering. Responsibilities: Own the DE AI use-case backlog: discover, validate, prioritise and sequence use cases across DBS, OB and Premium AI. Translate use cases into engineering-ready specs with acceptance criteria, evaluation metrics and guardrails. Act as the DE liaison into the SBS AI Platform team and AI Council. Run the post-launch feedback loop: adoption, quality, drift and iteration. Qualifications: 5+ years in product ownership / product engineering, ideally 1–2 on AI or ML-powered products. Hands-on with LLMs, experience with RAG, agentic patterns, evaluation frameworks and guardrail design. Banking / financial services domain knowledge (DB, OB, payments, KYC/AML preferred). Strong backlog discipline and written specs; comfortable with probabilistic systems and trade-offs.
