Job Responsibilities Review structural drawings, specifications, and construction plans. Supervise structural works, including foundations, columns, beams, and slabs. Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams. Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues. Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. 3–5 years of experience in construction projects. Good knowledge of structural drawings, site supervision, and QA/QC procedures. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
