Internal Audit & Risk Advisory - Senior Associate

About this opportunity

Key Responsibilities : Perform walkthroughs, process documentation, Risk and Control Matrices, audit programs, sampling, testing and review-ready working papers. Analyze data and exceptions and prepare first drafts of observations, recommendations and follow-up results. Support ERM, Governance, Compliance/GRC, Management Consulting and ESG/Sustainability activities using provided methodologies, criteria and templates. Prepare report sections, research, analyses and proposal/tender materials as required by the engagement team. Maintain high standards of documentation, confidentiality, version control and timely delivery across assigned workstreams. Coordinate closely with the engagement team, flag issues early and support junior team members where required. Qualifications : Approximately 4-7 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, External Audit with strong controls exposure, Risk Advisory or Consulting. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management or a related discipline. Strong hands-on experience in audit testing, working papers, process documentation, report drafting and data analysis. CIA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CISA, CFE or progress toward a relevant professional qualification is preferred. KSA/GCC client exposure is an advantage, particularly experience with advisory documentation and business processes. Excellent written and spoken English is required; Arabic capability is an advantage.
