KBR is looking for Admin Assistant to be based in Abu Dhabi - UAE for UAE projects Experience required: Administrating CICPA Security application (New & Renewals) Administrating OPTIMA Cards (New & Renewals) & Port Passes Organizing OFFSHORE and Onshore TRAININGS & Medical and other requirements of PMC Personnels Monitor and keep updated records of all ADNOC projects training data for timely renewal Arrange PPE for all ADNOC project employees, as required. Arranging air ticket and hotel stay for employees those are working at offshore locations on rotation cycle for all ADNOC projects Handling Expense report, Scrutiny of vendor Invoices for payment process, Coordinating with procurement team for Vendor contract renewal and creating Arabic typing is added advantage Minimum 3-5 years of similar experience will be prefered Interested and suitable candidates please apply for the role.
