Ethmar International Holding (EIH) and FutureLife Group are bringing the internationally renowned Institut Marquès assisted reproductive technology (ART) centre to Abu Dhabi, strengthening the emirate's position as a global hub for healthcare innovation. At Al Farah IVF we are looking for a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager to build and lead the financial operations of our new clinic, making sure revenue is accurate, compliant, and sustainable, and that patients financial journey is as clear as their clinical one. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end revenue cycle: clinical coding, billing, claims, denials, and collections Control accounts receivable and drive billing efficiency Lead denial and remittance management, addressing root causes Oversee documentation improvement in partnership with clinical teams Develop patient financial planning, including treatment estimates and payment plans Ensure regulatory and payer compliance through effective audit management Prepare financial and performance reports to support leadership decisions Recruit, train, and manage the performance of the RCM team What You Bring Proven experience in revenue cycle management, ideally in healthcare Strong knowledge of clinical coding, billing, claims, and denial management Experience leading and developing a team Understanding of healthcare regulatory and payer compliance Strong analytical skills and clear reporting Fluent English, spoken and written Desirable: Fertility or specialist clinic experience, start-up experience, and additional languages.
