Are you a facilities management professional who wants to run a residential community like your own business, with the P&L in your hands A premium home maintenance business is doing something different in the UAE. It doesn't send vans out from one central depot. Instead, it puts a permanent team, an office and a fleet inside every villa community it serves, so residents get a response in minutes and see the same faces every visit. The business is backed by an established UK company with eight years in prime London residential. It opened in the UAE just over a year ago, already runs three communities, and plans a new one every two to three months. Now it's hiring the Community Managers who will run them. What's in it for you AED 17,000–23,000 per month, depending on experience Full ownership of your community: your team, your clients, your P&L and your own community account A direct line to the founder, with real autonomy and no layers in between Real room to grow as new communities open, in Abu Dhabi and Dubai A business small enough for you to shape, and backed well enough to support you What will you be doing Running one villa community end to end: service delivery, the field team, client relationships and the monthly P&L Leading a team of maintenance coordinators and field technicians Owning the client book: knowing every homeowner personally and owning every annual maintenance contract (AMC) renewal Scoping AMCs for each villa, meaning what it needs each year and how often Working with the sales team to convert non-contract clients into AMCs Being out in the community every day, not behind a desk Delivering the service standard the brand is built on, from response times to how each job is closed out Reporting your community's numbers weekly and reviewing your P&L with the founder every month What do you need A facilities management background. This is essential. B2C experience with residential properties, specifically villas. B2B, or managing only the common areas of a community, isn't enough on its own. A solid grasp of AMCs: how they're scoped, priced and renewed Experience running a P&L yourself, not with someone above you doing it Strong operations skills and the initiative to take a community and run with it Fluent English.
