he HR CoE Assistant Manager role at our real estate development organization in Riyadh offers an opportunity to lead key HR initiatives, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support strategic workforce decisions. The role focuses on organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and workforce planning, ensuring HR frameworks and practices align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have 7–9 years of HR experience, preferably within HR Center of Excellence, organizational development, or strategic HR functions, with proven experience in managing HR projects, developing policies, and driving HR transformation initiatives. Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, frameworks, and strategic initiatives. Manage performance management cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, and performance analysis. Oversee organizational design, job evaluation, grading structures, and job architecture. Manage compensation and benefits analysis, salary benchmarking, and internal equity reviews. Lead workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational capacity assessments. Develop HR dashboards, analytics, and management reports to support strategic decisions. Drive talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Identify and implement HR process improvements, automation, and digital transformation opportunities. Collaborate with business leaders to ensure HR programs support organizational priorities.
